To ensure that all clients enjoy their treatment we would ask that you turn all mobile phones off or on silent during your time in the salon.Gift vouchers can be purchased for all treatments and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Unlimited IPL voucher entitles you to 2 hours of IPL every 4 weeks for the duration of the voucher on any areas of hairCredit/debit card details will be required for any treatment over £40. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the treatment will be taken from the card at the time of booking. If paying deposit in cash, the booking will be held for a maximum of 2 days.48 hours cancellation will be required for all packages or you will be charged in full.24 hours notice will be required for all other treatments or you will be charged in full.If less than 24 hours notice is given or you fail to turn up for your appointment your credit/debit card will be charged for the full amount of the treatments booked. If your treatment has been prepaid or been purchased via any kind of voucher then the prepayment/ voucher will be treated as having been used and will no longer be valid.By leaving your credit/debit card details, cash deposit or purchasing a prepaid/voucher paid treatment you accept the above terms and conditions.
